Delete account

We are sorry to see you go. 😔

Follow these steps to permanently delete your account on Needl and all of its data.

  • Click on the drop-down button on your profile icon on the top right side, and click on User Settings

  • You will be directed to the User Settings page

  • If you want to go ahead with the deletion, type DELETE in the confirmation bar and click on Delete Account

  • You’ll be redirected to the Login page. Your account is now under the deletion process

How long will it take for my data to be deleted?

Your data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours

Will I be able to sign up using the same email address that I deleted?

Yes, you can sign up with the same email address after 24 hours

Will the deleted files or account be recoverable?

No, the files and the deleted account will not be recoverable
