Needl.ai helps integrate Dropbox, allowing users to easily store, access, and share files and folders in the cloud, which can be especially useful for remote teams collaborating on projects, or for backing up important files

1. Link your Dropbox

• Click on the All apps are synced bar on the top right corner, or go to the Apps & Website section on the left side of the app, and click on Add

• Hover over the Dropbox icon, and click on Connect

• A pop-up will open. Make sure you have read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before agreeing to them. Click on Get Started

• You will be asked to Sign In to your Dropbox account.

• Click on Allow to give necessary permissions

• You will see a success message once the integration is complete. Files from the linked account will start reflecting on Needl.ai

• Select the folders you want to sync to Needl.ai, and click on Sync

Modify your integration

• On the Connected Apps page, hover over the Dropbox icon, and click on Options

• You can choose to Add new account or Delink the current integration from here

Manage your account

• Click on Manage. You will see a list of all your Dropbox files. Select/ deselect the ones you would like to sync into Needl.ai, and click on Sync

• You will see a success message once the integration is complete. Files from the linked account will start reflecting on Needl.ai
