How to share feeds and information cards

Needl.ai allows you to either share individual pieces of information (cards) or share an entire feed of streaming data with your peers. This makes sure that you collaborate seamlessly and that your team is updated on the latest information in real-time.

Follow these steps to learn how to share cards and feeds.

  • To share the entire curated feed, Click on the Share Feed icon on the top right of the Feed

  • Enter the email address of the recipient and click on Share. You can also share a Feed with the entire organization by clicking on Share with Org

Now, when you share your feeds, the associated tags will also be shared with users. This customizable sharing option enhances collaboration, allowing users to disable it at any time. By default, tags are shared.

Sharing Tags for Old Feeds:

For feeds created before this enhancement, please follow the steps below to enable tag sharing.

  1. Navigate to the feed you have shared and click on the "share" icon at the top right.
  2. In the popup, you will see a checkbox – check it to share tags along with the feed with all members.

Sharing Tags for New Feeds:

  1. Navigate to the feed you have shared and click on the "share" icon at the top right.
  2. In the popup, you will see a checkbox – uncheck it to unshare tags for the shared feed. Once unshared, users won’t be able to see the tags added by the owner.

For Members: Members will see shared tags on the card for the feed shared with them. A share icon next to the tag name indicates shared tags.

Viewing Shared Tags:

  1. You can view all the tags associated with the feed in a tab labeled "Feed Tags"

  1. Shared Tags are clickable, redirecting you to the "Feed Tags" tab for easy access and exploration.

Currently, only the “Owner” of the feed can add and share tags. Soon, members will also have the ability to add and share tags within the feeds.

Share Information Cards

  • To share an individual card, click the share icon on the right side of the card

  • You can directly share the card on different applications, or you also get a link that you can simply copy and paste wherever you want
