OneNote

Needl.ai-OneNote integration allows you to sync all your notes into Needl.ai. Follow these steps to get started:

1. Link your OneNote

• Click on the All apps are synced bar on the top right corner, or go to the Apps & Website section on the left side of the app, and click on Add

• Hover over the OneNote icon and click on Connect

• A pop-up will open. Make sure you have read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before agreeing to them. Click on Get Started

• You will be asked to authenticate with your OneNote account (In case you are already signed in, your signed-in account will get linked)

• You will see all your notebooks listed. Choose the ones you would like to sync from the list

• You will see a success message once the integration is complete. Notebooks from the linked account will start reflecting on Needl.ai

2. Modify your integration

• On the Connected Apps page, hover over the OneNote icon again. Click on Options

• Click on Manage . You will see a list of all your OneNote notebooks

• Select/ deselect the ones you would like to sync into Needl.ai. Click on sync
• Notes from the selected notebooks will start reflecting in your Needl.ai account after 24 hours

• On the Connected Apps page, hover over the OneNote icon again. Click on Options

• You can choose to Add new account or Delink the current integration from here.
• To add a new account, click on Add new account and follow the steps again. To Delink the existing account, click on Delink
