Summarization is an intelligent tool designed to transform the way you consume lengthy documents. With just a click of a button, Summarization empowers you to distill large volumes of information into concise and meaningful summaries.

  1. To get started, head over to the "Capital Markets" section in Needl.ai. Apply the filter for either "Earnings call transcripts - India" "Earnings call transcripts - US", “SEC” or “BSE Annual Reports” depending on your area of interest.
  2. Please Note: For SEC[10K and 10Q reports] and Annual Reports, we currently summarize the MD&A(Management Discussion and Analysis) section only.

  1. Please click on the three-dot menu and check for the 'Summarization' option within the document card. This option signifies that the document is eligible for summarization.

  1. Hover over the summarization option, and a dropdown will prompt you to choose the notebook where you wish to save your summary

  1. Once you've selected the notebook, a toast message will pop up, confirming that the summarization process has commenced. Now, you can sit back and relax as our algorithms work their magic!
  2. When your summary is ready, you'll receive a notification. Simply click on the notification to directly access your summary or navigate to the designated notebook to find your generated summary. You can also access the summary by clicking on the “View summary” icon in three dots for the card
  3. In the summary, each point is accompanied by citations. These citations are interactive and can be clicked on to highlight the corresponding section in the PDF from which the information is sourced

  1. Customization is key! Please feel free to make edits to your summary within the notebook. Tailor it to perfection and make it truly your own
