Needl.ai-Twitter integration allows you to view your Twitter timeline on Needl.ai. Follow these steps to get started:

1. Link your Twitter

Click on the All apps are synced bar on the top right corner, or go to the Apps & Website section on the left side of the app, and click on Add

Hover over the Twitter icon, and click on Connect

A pop-up will open. Make sure you have read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before agreeing to them. Click on Get Started

You will be asked to authenticate with your Twitter account

You will see a success message once the integration is complete. Tweets from the linked account’s timeline will start reflecting on Needl.ai within 24 hours.

Modify your integration

On the Connect Apps page, hover over the Twitter icon again. Click on Options

You can choose to Add new account or Delink the current integration from here
To add a new account, click on Add new account and follow the steps again. To Delink the existing account, click on Delink

How long does it take to stream data into Needl.ai?

To stream Twitter data into Needl.ai, it usually takes around 15 mins to 30 mins.

Will I be able to import my previous files into Needl.ai?

No, only new tweets from your Twitter timeline will sync into your Needl.ai account.

How can I check the status of my integration?

On the Connect Apps page, hover over the Twitter icon. Click on Options. You will see your account information and date of syncing listed on top. It can take anywhere between 12-24 hours from the time of integration for data to stream into Needl.ai.

What happens if tweets that have already been streamed to Needl.ai are deleted on Twitter?

Deleted tweets will not be visible on Needl.ai.

Does deleting tweets from Needl.ai also delete them from Twitter?

No, making changes to your data on Needl.ai will not have any effect on your original data source.

Can I choose specific Twitter handles to link with Needl.ai?

No, however, you can choose specific Twitter handles when creating a feed. Please note, Needl.ai does a timeline crawl of your Twitter data. This means data from all Twitter handles you follow is crawled only from the moment you follow them.

Can I add multiple Twitter accounts?

Yes! Click on Add Account at the bottom of the panel. However, make sure you are signed out of all accounts in your browser before attempting to add a new account in Needl.ai.
