In cases where there is large volumes of data, we can upload information directly from your hard drive. You can write to us at support@needl.ai with the subject "Upload from hard disk".
Once we receive your hard drive, it will be stored in a secure location. All data will be uploaded to the cloud by a single operations person, after which the disk will be shipped back to you.
All access to the disk will be logged to ensure compliance with privacy and security best practices.
